RASolute 302 reports nearly doubled median overall survival
After years of limited progress and few meaningful advances, this phase 3 trial of 500 patients with previously treated metastatic pancreatic cancer showed that the oral RAS(ON) inhibitor daraxonrasib significantly improved outcomes, with a manageable safety profile and fewer treatment discontinuations compared with chemotherapy.
The results received a very well deserved standing ovation at ASCO 2026.
